Project background: the project of 200,000 tons of recycled refined lead produced annually by Dahua Energy Technology Co. , Ltd. of Taihe County is to build a new sewage and chemical water treatment system, the project includes dismantling waste acid, miscellaneous water system, reclaimed water reuse system, chemical water treatment station, domestic sewage system and evaporator system.

Project location: Taihe County, Fuyang, Anhui province

Wastewater difficulties: waste water types, complex components; battery dismantling waste liquid, 15% waste sulfuric acid; wastewater containing lead, sulfate content, high hardness;

Project outcome: all wastewater is reused, energy-saving and emission-reducing, pollution-reducing and efficiency-increasing, environmental protection and zero emission of clean production are realized
