Project background: 

Chunqiu Electronics was established in 2011, is engaged in the computer precision component production specialized enterprise, 2017 motherboard listed company, by the end of 2020, the product global market share is about 10% , lenovo, Samsung, Toshiba, LG, wistron and other customers long-term strategic partners. 

The project aim:  

Treat the surface treatment wastewater from BODA precision technology and Hefei Jingwei electronic technology./n/n/n/n

Project location: 

Hefei, Lujiang County

Difficulties in wastewater treatment:

Electroplating and anodizing wastewater, high phosphorus, nickel, acid-base wastewater, dyeing and degreasing wastewater, refractory heavy metal wastewater

Project outcome:  

1)1300M3/D Wastewater Treatment System, pretreatment + phosphorus and nickel removal + A/O biochemical treatment, sludge drying treatment

2)150m3/d, a/O + MBR biological treatment, water resources reuse
